Chair 69

One partner sits firmly on a chair and holds the other upside down against their front. The seat takes some of the strain, but it is still very much an acrobatic move.

Good for

  • Showing off
  • Strong partners
  • Mutual pleasure

How to do it

  1. Place a sturdy, wheel-free chair against a wall, put a thick mat in front of it, and agree on a stop signal.

  2. Seated partner: sit at the front of the chair with your feet planted and your back straight.

  3. Lifted partner: stand facing the seated partner, fold forward, and wrap your arms around their hips.

  4. Seated partner: grip the lifted partner's thighs or lower back and lift as they swing their legs up.

  5. Lower the lifted partner slowly to the mat when either of you says stop.

Tips

  • Skip this one with neck, back, or blood pressure trouble, and keep a spotter close.
  • Seated partner: never drop the lifted partner, and come down at the first wobble.
  • Pick a chair that cannot tip or slide, and keep each hold short.
