Terms and conditions.

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of sexlogbook.com (“we”, “us”) for your use of sexlogbook.com. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view sexual content where you live. You confirm this when you sign up. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or transferred.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and use a strong password. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@sexlogbook.com if you think someone else has got in.

Everything you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you, which is the whole of what we do with it. Our privacy policy explains this in detail.

You are responsible for what you enter, including anything about other people. In particular:

• Record only lawful, consensual activity between adults.
• Never enter anything that sexualizes a minor. We will delete it, close the account and report it where the law requires.
• Only upload a partner photo you have the right to use, and never an intimate or explicit image of someone without their consent.
• Do not use the site to harass, expose or track another person.

• Do not try to access anyone else's account or data.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use it to break the law.

The descriptions, difficulty ratings and tips are general information for consenting adults. They are not medical, fitness or relationship advice, and they do not know your body, your health or your partner.

Some positions are physically demanding and can cause injury. Try anything new slowly, stop if something hurts, and talk to a doctor if you have a condition that could be affected. You try them at your own risk.

The site, its design, illustrations and written guides belong to us. You may use them for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

Sex Logbook is free. If we ever add paid features, they will be optional and clearly priced, and what you already use for free will not be taken away without notice.

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. There is no export, so do not treat it as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and, for significant changes, by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
