How to do it
Receiver lies on their back at the edge of the bed or a sturdy table, hips right at the edge.
Giver stands in front, feet apart and knees slightly bent to match the height.
Receiver lifts the legs and rests them against the giver's chest or shoulders.
Giver holds the receiver's thighs or hips and moves in steady strokes.
Tips
- Adjust the height with pillows under the receiver or by the giver bending their knees.
- Giver, keep your back straight and your knees soft.
- Check that the surface is sturdy and the edge is comfortable.
