Good for
- Taking control
- G-spot
- Hands free to roam
- Giving control
How to do it
Giver: lie on your back and bend your knees so your feet are flat on the bed.
Receiver: sit across the giver's hips with both legs off to one side.
Lean one hand on the giver's raised knee and the other on their chest.
Rock and circle your hips, using the knee as a handle to steer.
Tips
- Swap sides halfway: the angle is different each way.
- Giver: lifting or lowering your knees changes how far the receiver can lean.
- Small circles work better than up and down here.
