How to do it
Place a folded towel on a sturdy table and have the receiver sit right at the edge.
Receiver: lean back on your hands or elbows, and rest your feet on the giver's shoulders or on the chair.
Giver: sit on a chair directly in front of the receiver, close enough to reach comfortably.
Rest your hands on the receiver's thighs and begin slowly.
Receiver: lean back or forward to find the perfect angle.
Tips
- Check that the table is stable and will not slide or tip.
- Adjust the chair height until the giver's mouth lines up without straining the neck.
- Giver: this is easy on your knees, so settle in and take your time.
