Good for

  • Lazy days
  • Slow and sensual
  • Hands free to roam
  • Beginners

How to do it

  1. Have the receiver get on hands and knees, then sit back toward the heels, forearms resting on the bed.

  2. Giver: kneel behind and settle back on your own heels.

  3. Let the receiver ease back into the giver's lap.

  4. Wrap an arm around the receiver's waist or rest your hands on their hips.

  5. Rock gently together in small, slow movements.

Tips

  • Put a pillow between the receiver's chest and thighs for support.
  • Giver: reach around to touch the receiver's chest or hips, since a hand is free.
  • Keep the rhythm slow and let the bodies find a groove.
