Good for
- Giving control
- Eye contact
- Deep access
How to do it
Have the giver lie on their back across the bed, with their head and neck just past the edge.
Receiver: stand at the edge, then lean forward and plant both hands on the mattress on either side of the giver.
Giver: rest your head in a cupped hand and agree on a tap-out signal before you begin.
Let the giver control how far the receiver comes forward, keeping every motion small.
Stand up and ease back right away when the giver signals.
Tips
- The giver controls depth and pace, and the receiver holds their own weight on their arms.
- Do not stay in this tilt for long, because the head rush builds quickly.
- Skip this one with neck, throat, or blood pressure trouble.
