  2. The other sits astride their lap, facing them, a hand on their shoulder.

  3. The seated partner holds their hips.

  4. The one on top rocks and circles their hips at their own pace.

  • Choose a chair without arms.
  • The seated partner's hands on the hips can help with rhythm.
  • Lean back, held by their arms, to change the angle.
