How to do it
Have the receiver stand with feet apart.
Giver: stand close behind them and press against their back.
Wrap one arm across their chest and reach the other round to the front.
Rest your chin on their shoulder and set the pace.
Tips
- From behind, your hand is at the same angle as their own, which makes the grip familiar.
- Good in front of a mirror or in the shower.
- Talk into their ear.
