How to do it

  1. Receiver lies on their back with arms stretched overhead and knees bent.

  2. Giver kneels low in front, between the receiver's legs.

  3. Receiver lets both knees fall to one side, rolling the hips slightly.

  4. Giver holds the receiver's top hip and thigh and moves in slow, shallow strokes, switching sides when you like.

Tips

  • Put a pillow under the lifted hip so the twist feels supported.
  • Do not twist past comfortable, because a little is plenty.
  • Swap sides after a while, since the angle changes.
