How to do it
Giver, sit on a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back against the backrest.
Receiver, stand with your back to the giver and spread your feet well outside theirs.
Lower onto the giver's lap, let your knees fall open, and lean slightly forward with your hands on your thighs.
Giver, grip the receiver's hips and guide a slow, steady rhythm.
Tips
- Open the knees only as far as feels comfortable, because a modest stance still changes the angle.
- Receiver, keep your weight in your feet and avoid slamming down on the giver's thighs.
- Giver, your grip on the hips helps the receiver stay balanced.
