Good for

  • Lazy days
  • Slow and sensual
  • Hands free to roam
  • Beginners

How to do it

  1. Giver, lie flat on your back with your legs straight.

  2. Receiver, lower your hips onto the giver's and lie back along their torso.

  3. Bend your knees and fold your legs so your shins rest along the giver's legs.

  4. Giver, hold the receiver's ribs and rock slowly, while the receiver adds small hip rolls.

Tips

  • Keep the receiver's knees comfortably apart; forcing them wide is not the point.
  • A folded blanket between shins and the giver's legs prevents any pinching.
  • Giver, slide a hand around to the receiver's front for extra stimulation.
