Good for

  • G-spot
  • Taking control
  • Hands free to roam
  • Slow and sensual

How to do it

  1. Giver, lie flat on your back with your legs straight.

  2. Receiver, lower your hips onto the giver's and lie back along their torso.

  3. Plant both feet on the bed, one close to the giver's hip and the other farther out, so your hips tilt.

  4. Press through the feet and let the tilt guide the movement, while the giver holds your ribs and mirrors it.

Tips

  • Switch the tilt every few minutes to rest one side and change the sensation.
  • Giver, stay loose and let your hips follow the receiver instead of leading.
  • Receiver, if a hip feels tight, shorten the distance between your feet.
