How to do it
Receiver lies flat on their stomach with legs together and arms stretched ahead or tucked under the head.
Giver lies down on top, legs outside the receiver's legs, with weight held on their forearms.
Giver slides the hips into place and settles chest to back.
Rock with small, slow motions instead of long strokes, letting the mattress give a little.
Tips
- Slide a pillow under the receiver's hips for a better angle and a softer landing.
- Giver, keep your weight on your forearms and check that the receiver can breathe easily.
- Kiss the neck and shoulders, because this one is about closeness more than speed.
