How to do it

  1. Have the giver lie on their back with legs straight.

  2. Receiver: straddle the giver's hips facing their feet and sink into a wide squat.

  3. Plant both hands on the bed or the giver's legs on either side for balance.

  4. Turn one knee outward and twist your hips from side to side.

  5. Giver: hold the receiver's hips and follow the rhythm.

Tips

  • Keep the twist small, since a little motion goes a long way.
  • Switch between sides to avoid tiring one leg.
  • Rest in a kneeling position whenever the thighs complain.
