Good for

  • Lazy days
  • Slow and sensual
  • Hands free to roam
  • Beginners

How to do it

  1. The giver sits on the edge of a sturdy bed, sofa or bench with feet flat on the floor and knees apart.

  2. The receiver backs up to the giver, bends the knees and lowers into the giver's lap, feet on the floor for balance.

  3. The giver wraps both arms around the receiver's waist, and the receiver leans back against the giver's chest.

  4. Move in slow rocks and gentle grinds, with the receiver using their feet for leverage and the giver's hands free to wander.

Tips

  • Use something solid. Avoid rolling or folding chairs, and check that the seat will not slide on the floor.
  • A pillow behind the giver's back against a wall makes it much easier to settle in for a while.
  • Plenty of room for kissing the neck and shoulders, so use it.
