How to do it
One partner lies back on the bed with knees up.
The other sits in a chair pulled up beside the bed, turned to face them.
Each touch yourselves, taking turns being the one who is watched.
Swap places whenever you like.
Tips
- Agree beforehand whether talking is part of it.
- The one in the chair can give requests, if you both like that.
- Dim, warm light makes being watched feel easier.
