Good for

- Taking control
- Showing off
- Out of bed
How to do it
Giver: sit on the floor, plant your hands behind you and your feet in front, then lift your hips into a tabletop.
Receiver: step over the giver's hips, facing their head, with a foot flat on the floor on each side.
Lower down carefully, keeping most of your weight on your own legs.
Receiver does the moving, in small rises and circles, while the giver holds steady.
Tips
- Agree on a word for coming down and use it early: the giver's wrists and shoulders tire fast.
- Receiver: keep your feet planted and carry your own weight. Do not sit fully down.
- Skip this one with wrist, shoulder or lower back trouble, and come out of it slowly.
