Good for

  • Taking control
  • Hands free to roam
  • Clitoral stimulation
  • Lazy days

How to do it

  1. The giver lies on their back with legs straight and together.

  2. The receiver sits astride the giver's hips facing the giver's feet, with both feet flat on the floor.

  3. Lean back on one hand placed beside the giver's shoulder, and keep the other hand free to touch.

  4. Let one knee fall wider than the other, and turn the hips slightly toward that side.

  5. Move in small circles and slow rocks, and swap sides whenever one arm gets tired.

Tips

  • Swap which hand is planted halfway through so neither arm does all the work.
  • The free hand is useful for touching yourself, the giver, or just holding on.
  • Small movements win here. Big ones just make everyone lose the angle.
