Good for
- Quickies
- Out of bed
- Small spaces
How to do it
Have the receiver stand with feet about hip-width apart and bend forward at the waist.
Let the arms hang loose, or rest the hands on the thighs.
Giver: stand close behind, knees slightly bent to match heights.
Hold the receiver's hips and start with slow, short strokes.
Stand up slowly afterward to avoid getting lightheaded.
Tips
- Keep a slight bend in the receiver's knees to avoid strain.
- Giver: bend your own knees instead of leaning from the hips.
- If it gets tiring, move to a wall or a ledge for support.
