How to do it
Have the receiver lie on their back with a pillow under the head and legs comfortably apart.
Giver: kneel in the gap between the receiver's legs and sit back on your heels.
Fold forward from the hips and rest your forearms on the receiver's thighs or the bed.
Use a hand to hold and guide while your mouth sets the pace and the depth.
Receiver: relax, breathe, and tell the giver what feels especially good.
Tips
- Giver: fold a pillow under your knees, since you will be kneeling for a while.
- Change rhythm often, mixing slow, light touches with firmer ones.
- Receiver: rest a hand on the giver's shoulder instead of their head to keep the pace theirs.
