How to do it
Have the receiver sit at the front of a sturdy chair with knees apart and hands resting on the seat.
Giver: kneel on a cushion between the receiver's feet, facing them.
Rest your hands on the receiver's thighs and start slowly.
Receiver: lean back and keep your hands light, letting the giver lead.
Giver: look up occasionally for eye contact.
Tips
- Use a stable chair with no wheels, or place it against a wall.
- Giver: pad your knees well.
- Receiver: scoot forward to the edge of the seat so the giver has easy access.
