Plumber

The giver lies on their back while the receiver hovers above them on hands and knees, facing the headboard. Gravity does most of the work, so the giver sets the pace and the depth.

Good for

  • Taking control
  • Strong partners
  • Showing off

How to do it

  1. Have the giver lie flat on their back with a pillow under their head.

  2. Receiver: come onto your hands and knees over the giver's face, facing the headboard.

  3. Lower the hips slowly into position, holding your weight on your arms and knees.

  4. Giver: rest your hands on the receiver's hips or thighs, and control how far they come down.

  5. Move in small, slow motions, and lift right away whenever the giver says.

Tips

  • Agree on a clear tap-out signal first, because the giver cannot speak.
  • Let the giver control depth and pace by keeping your movements small.
  • Receiver: keep weight on your arms and knees, never on the giver's face.
