How to do it
Receiver lies on their back, and giver kneels in front between their legs.
Receiver draws the knees toward the chest and plants their soles on the giver's chest.
Giver holds the receiver's shins lightly and leans in only as far as the receiver allows.
Rock slowly, with the receiver pushing to slow things down or easing off to let the giver in.
Tips
- Agree on a signal, such as a double tap with the foot, that means ease off.
- A pillow under the hips lessens strain on the receiver's lower back.
- Giver, lean from the hips and keep your back long.
