How to do it

  1. Giver, sit on a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back against the backrest.

  2. Receiver, face the giver and climb onto the chair, placing one knee on each side of the giver's hips.

  3. Lower onto their lap and rest your hands on the giver's shoulders.

  4. Rise and sink using your knees while the giver holds your waist and matches the rhythm.

Tips

  • Use a wide, solid chair and test it before adding movement.
  • Put a cushion on the seat for the receiver's knees.
  • Giver, keep your hands on the receiver's waist or back to steady them.
