How to do it

  1. Giver sits upright with legs folded in front, back against a wall or headboard if possible.

  2. Receiver sits astride the giver's lap facing them.

  4. Hug, kiss, and rock gently, letting the giver's arms carry some of the receiver's weight.

Tips

  • Stack pillows behind the giver so leaning back feels supported.
  • Receiver, rest against the giver and keep the pace sleepy.
  • Giver, hold the receiver's lower back to help with balance.
