Seesaw

Sitting face to face, each of you leans back and holds the other's forearms, rocking like two kids on a playground ride. Slow, silly in the best way, and surprisingly intense.

Good for

  • Eye contact
  • Slow and sensual
  • Clitoral stimulation
  • Flexible partners

How to do it

  1. Giver: sit with your legs out in front, knees slightly bent.

  2. Receiver: sit on the giver's lap facing them, legs wrapped behind their back.

  3. Take hold of each other's forearms, just above the wrist.

  4. Both lean back until your arms are nearly straight and you are balancing each other.

  5. Rock together: as one leans back the other comes forward, in a slow rhythm.

Tips

  • Grip forearms, not hands, so sweaty palms do not end things early.
  • Stay on a bed or a rug in case someone lets go.
  • Smaller rocking motions feel better than big ones.
