How to do it
Receiver lies flat on their stomach with legs together.
Giver lies on top facing the other way, hips over the receiver's hips and chest over the receiver's legs.
Plant both hands on the bed beside the receiver's calves and press up to take your weight.
Rock with small, controlled motions, keeping pressure off the receiver's lower back.
Tips
- Giver, drop to your forearms if your wrists tire.
- Talk through it as you go, because neither of you can see the other's face.
- Receiver, a pillow under your hips keeps the angle comfortable.
