How to do it
Come onto all fours on a soft surface with your knees hip-width apart and your wrists under your shoulders.
Lower onto one forearm, or rest your chest on a stack of pillows, to free up a hand.
Reach your free hand back between your legs and try slow, steady strokes.
Rock your hips back toward your hand to set the pace and depth.
Tips
- A pillow under your chest takes the strain off your shoulders and wrists.
- Set your lube and any toys within reach before you get into place.
- Fold a towel under your knees if the surface is firm.
