Good for

  • Flexible partners
  • Hands free to roam
  • Giving control

How to do it

  1. Receiver lies on their side or tipped slightly onto their front, propped on a forearm.

  2. Giver lies alongside the other way around, head toward the receiver's feet and legs stretched up along the receiver's back.

  3. Shuffle until the hips meet at the receiver's behind, and rest an arm across the receiver's hip.

  4. Move with small rocks, holding the receiver's hip to steady the rhythm.

Tips

  • Expect some shuffling before it clicks, and treat it as part of the fun.
  • Check in often, because you cannot see each other's faces.
  • Giver, tuck a pillow under your head so your neck stays relaxed.
