How to do it
Start face to face, kissing or hugging, with the receiver's arms around the giver's neck.
The giver bends both knees and slides the forearms under the receiver's thighs, close to the backs of the knees.
On a count of three the receiver hops while the giver straightens up through the legs, not the back, lifting until the receiver's legs rest over the giver's forearms.
The receiver hugs in tight with the arms and keeps the knees bent, then both of you use slow, short lifts and lowers to move.
When arms start to shake, the receiver puts their feet back on the floor first and the giver lowers slowly.
Tips
- The giver can lean their back against a wall to take some of the load, and a clear, non-slip floor is a must.
- Keep sessions short; the giver's arms and thighs tire faster than expected, so agree on a word that means put me down now.
- Lower early rather than late. A controlled exit beats a heroic last thrust every time.
