Tilted Waterfall
Both of the receiver's legs rest over the giver's shoulders while the giver stands with knees bent and leans in. The tilt gives it a steep angle that only works for short bursts.

How to do it
Start with the receiver standing in front of the giver, facing the giver.
The receiver folds forward and sets both hands flat on the floor in front of the giver's feet.
The giver holds the receiver's hips and guides both legs up and over the shoulders.
The giver bends the knees and leans in slightly while the receiver presses steadily through both hands.
Rock in small movements, then the giver straightens the knees and lowers the legs one at a time.
Tips
- Do not do this with a sore neck, back, shoulders or wrists, and keep it short.
- The giver's thighs do the holding, so a firm, wide stance is the foundation.
- Lower the legs before the arms shake, and give the receiver time to come upright slowly.
