Good for

  • Beginners
  • Lazy days
  • Slow and sensual

How to do it

  1. Lie flat and face up with a pillow under your head and your legs loosely apart.

  2. Let your shoulders, jaw, and belly soften with a few slow breaths.

  3. Rest one hand between your legs and let the other drift over your chest, belly, or thighs.

  4. Start light and unhurried, then change the pressure and rhythm whenever your body asks.

Tips

  • Slip a small pillow under your hips if you want a gentle tilt.
  • Keep lube and a towel within arm's reach so you never have to stop and search.
  • Close your eyes and slow your breathing to notice what actually feels good.
